Ross found immense satisfaction in working openly with players and coaches alike, and was an integral part of the process that allowed the players to reach their full potential. Additionally, in his last two years with Arizona, he was hands-on with the Major League pitching staff, working directly with players and coaches to provide them with key information, resources, programs, and structures that put them in the best situations to succeed on the field. He built processes from the ground up, designing and coding reports that were used to evaluate, communicate, and develop principle concepts of pitching for the organization. In his previous role, Ross was involved in nearly all aspects of Baseball Operations for the Diamondbacks, including the AMA Draft, International Free Agent markets, Pro Scouting, and Player Development at all levels. Ross Seaton joins Tread having most recently served as the Director of Pitching for the Arizona Diamondbacks.
